Visa for relative to Visit Sick Grandmother

My aunt lives in Egypt and we would like to bring her over here to visit her mother. My grandmother has not seen her daughter for over 30 years and my grandmother is now too ill to travel. My question is how do we apply for a visa for my aunt to visit my grandmother in the UK. My aunt does not have sufficient funds to pay for the visit so I willl be funding her trip, I have a good job and own property. I would be grateful for any advice.
