I have Tier1 PSW VISA from 3rd Dec 2010-3rd Dec 2012, unfortunately i came to London on 30th Nov, i.e. 3 days earlier than my VISA starts.Immigration officer send back to INDIA as Deportee and CANCELLED my VISA. After 2 months they send mail states that by mistake they cancelled my VISA. So I lost 2 months valuable time and my VISA. I will get any compensation for this and how to apply for compensation..thanks in advance.
