entry clearence

Post by THISONE » Sat Mar 05, 2011 7:49 pm

hi there
great forum!
I am married to an EEA national she is french and I am from New Zealand we have been married for 8 yrs and we plan to go back to new zealand to start a family November this year . we just got a bit worried about whether we would be issued with another one year entry clearance stamp . I have three already then a five year stamp which runs out in April. We need two months in France then back to UK in June to pack up an get ready for the big move back to NZ . in November . We ended up never applying for residence as we never planed to stay so long, always intending to get back to NZ .
So we were worried that with those 3 entry stamps and the five yrs stamp we would have trouble getting one more entry clearance stamp for the 6 months we need to finish up here in the UK.
thanks for any advice .
