Biometric residence permits arrived first

Post by SoulTrust » Thu Mar 10, 2011 12:37 pm

Hi everyone,

I have applied my tier1 extention visa but I have only got my Biometric permit back without the passport.

Does this mean my visa applicaiton is successfully ?

Many thanks

The BRP is evidence of leave being granted. Had your application not been successful, you wouldn't have been issued BRP.

And, BRP and passport(s) are not sent together. The latter usually arrives before the former, so keep an eye out for your passport(s).

regards
