Visitor Visa for mum and Dad

Post by KDS » Thu Mar 10, 2011 10:09 pm

this for my friend

what is the best visa to get

Settlement for his parents as both over 65 and financially dependent on him.

or 10 year visit visa

They dont want to live here all year round only want to spend time here in summer then go back and stay there. not going to work here or do any thing here.

him and his wife have full time job got about £1000 saving on his account and another £1000 on his wife's account, they are both British.

I guess settlement will be better but his sister lives back home with them will that cause any issue. she is working there but her earning is not enough to support her. she is 24+
