Hi,

My sponsore want me to have the information for license in a summary instead of reading the complete guidance on home office website can any please provide summary which explain how many steps involve in apply for License of Tier2

They do an online form. They provide company docs as listed in Appendix A. They get them knocked back because one of them wasn't certified properly. They try again and maybe succeed. If they can't be bothered to read the instructions they will love the bureaucracy and they will fail if they get a pre-licence viist and show ignorance of their expected duties.
