Serviced Apartment as Accommodation Proof for Dependents

Post by rajaashoka » Thu Mar 17, 2011 5:36 pm

Hi All,
I've looked everywhere including this forum but could not find the answer. Please Help!

Iam staying in a Serviced Apartment paid-for by my sponsor(employer) for the entire six month duration of my planned stay in the UK(but my Tier 2 ICT Visa is for 3 years). Can I use the Service Apartment's 6 Month Booking(of which 2 months have elapsed) as an Accommodation Proof for applying for Dependent Visas for my Spouse and little son? The Serviced Apartment is willing to give a no objection letter saying that my spouse and kid can stay with me in the Apartment.

Please help!!

Thanks and Regards,
Ashok

Since the accommodation is provided for (and paid for) by the employer, if you wish to provide evidence of accommodation then you should get a consent letter from the employer and the management company to state that they have no objection to "additional individual(s)" staying in the serviced apartment in question.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
