When AM I eligible for British Citizenship ?

Hi,

I am a Portuguese Citizen, recedance in UK and working since 21st Nov 2005.

My 5 years is up on 20th Nov 2010 and I applied/issued with PR.

My question now when can I apply for British Citizenship ? now or wait till 20th Nov 2011?
