Expired dependant Visa(Child was born in the UK)

Hi,

Pls can someone advice me on how to go about my child's Visa application.When I was applying for myself and family I misplaced my little girl passport.we were all give expect her.Now I have seen the passport,the visa on it expired 1yrs ago.How do I go about filling the form because on the form it was asked if the visa has expired I ticked Yes and it states I can't renew the visa.
Pls can anyone advice on how to go about it.
