ILR JR, Days spent outside UK

Hello All,
My current leave in UK is expiring in DEC-11. I am applying for ILR in Nov-11.
When I counted my days spent outside UK from NOV-2006 to NOV-11,it came 106 in total. Maximum I stayed was 28 days continuous.

In these days, I have to travel due to my dad's funeral, for my marriage etc.

Will it create any issue at the time of application ?
Please can you advise. I am bit worried now.
