Hi,

I have just posted Tier -1 general application. For payment i have selected cheque/bankers draft option. Got a bankers draft for £850 and attached it with application. Entered account number and sort code but didn't fill the cheque number field. Will this be a problem.

I also found that confusing, as I wasn't sure how the numbers of the draft corresponded to the draft...

I reckon you should be OK, so long as you put your details on the back of the draft. Probably the person at the HO who opened it just filled out the draft number
