EEA 5 flat-share!!!!!!

Post by tedy31 » Wed Mar 30, 2011 8:58 pm

Hi
just last quick questions... I am renting a single room - stated in the tennancy agreement, which I will attach to the EEA family permit application. My landlord has written a letter stating that I live in the flat-share of 4 rooms with self-contained Spam units and a bathroom, and that the accomodation is therefore suitable for a couple.
My questions are: Is it gonna be considered a suitable accomodation?? Not gonna be refused on that grounds? - in thecovering letter I've writen that we are planning to move to our own flat - a studio/one bedroom as soon as possible...
As well in the applicaton form there's a question about the details of people living with me - I can provide there names, but do I have to (I mean they're not related to the appliction in any way and as private individuals they may not want to be mentioned...)

Pls help

There are no requirements regarding accomodation on the EEA route.
