Which date on visa stamp relevant?

Post by Hyacinth » Thu Mar 31, 2011 4:51 pm

We are about to apply for ILR for my Turkish husband here on a 2yr spouse visa however, we are unsure which date to go by as there are 3 on the visa stamp!

Valid from: 08.05.09
Entry: 22.05.09
Valid until: 08.08.11

We were planning on applying 28 days from Entry: 22.05 but are now thinking we should use ethe Valid from: 08.05 which means we had better get moving with the paperwork pronto.

Advise please.
Many thanks in advance.

note you don't have to apply 28 days before 22.05 that is the earliest date you can apply.
