Pankina Applications from Overseas

I need your help.

Have any of you applied for the reconsideration of your PBS visa application in line with the Pankina judgmentn from OVERSEAS i.e outside the UK?

There is a category of applicant to whom the judgment applies who would have already left the UK due to original refusal of the visa application.

I am trying to find out if anybody has applied for their reconsideration from overseas and whether they have received their visa as I have noticed that applicants that are already in the UK have received their visa within weeks but there is no sign of a response to those who have applied from outside the UK.
