Transitional Arrangements For Old Work Permit Holders?

Hi All,

According to the new ILR rules implemented today, if we dont meet the requirement will theer be any transitional arrangements after 5 yrs on that visa?

As on date there are none and no announcement of any intention to introduce any.

If you are a WP holder who is at the end of his 5 year leave but unable to qualify for settlement and wish to extend your leave (with the same employer or with a new employer), then you may switch to Tier 2 (General) but you'll need to meet the full requirements for scoring points under Tier 2 (General).
