workpermit dependant - workpermit cancelled

Dear all,

I would like to know if my workpermit is cancelled and still in UK, can I get my partner as an dependant from my home country? UK high commission in my country will have updated information regarding my visa?

any information would be highly appreciated.

How can you bring a dependant to the UK if you have no right to remain yourself? :shock:
