Dependant Visa for my daughter

Hello Guys,

Got two questions i wonder if some could kindly advise me on the subject:

Am a holder of ILR through spouse route. My hubby is British Citizen. Am about to apply for my daughters settlement visa from Africa. My husband will be the sponsor as i work part time. My question is my husband is a Contractor, working under umbrella company. So his payslip is paid/done by Parasol as he hasnt got a limited company yet. What documents will i provide as prove of his work?

Also initially the contract was for three months finishing 28th April but they have extended it till when project he is doing is done which might be a few other months. Will this be a problem.

In the application form should i write the name of the company he is working for incase they need to ring or should i write the agency's name as his employer?
