Tier 1 Dependent Application, Main application visa duration

Post by milan.1680 » Sat Apr 16, 2011 2:55 pm

Hi All,

As I have posted previously, my wife's visa refused on immirgarion rule 319 (d, e) for not providing the subsisting relationship evidance. We have applied for appeal but are thinking to apply with fresh application as well.

I am here on Tier 1(G) visa and due for my extension in October. AS we are thinking to apply for fresh application, does it a requirement by UKBA that the main applicant have to have more than six month on his/her visa, or making it clear on application that main applicanat has full intention to apply for the extension in due course.

Any suggestion is most welcome

THanks

Milan

I don't think there is any requirement of more than 6 months visa (others may suggest). But if successful, expiry of your wife's visa will be the same as your current leave which I believe is, October 2011.
Goodluck.
