Hi All,

I am a 100% share holder of my Limited company and I am a employee of my limited company..

I am talking salary and divident from my company as a employee.. I asked my accountant about paying PAYE tax.. but he said I no need to pay any thing as my per year salary is below the limit..
Can any one say me please is it so?? does it effect any thing for my visa extension if I dont sent any docuemnts with respect to PAYE tax?
