NEW LANDMARK RULING

hi everyone
i have heard about a new landmark ruling regarding parent(overstayers and failed asylum seeker) of a british child can be allow to stay in uk because of the child.
can someone explain this ruling and how you can go on applying ?

I assume you are talking about the Zambrano ruling where the non-EU parents of Belgian children were allowed to stay and work in Belgium.

This is a very new area of law and no European state has clarified it's position on this yet, they need more time.

If you have full custody of your child and are the full time parent, contact a good immigration solicitor that specialises in European law.
