ILR Question

Hi every1. I just wanted to find out if I seperated (temporarily) from my wife for a max of 3 months due to repairable marital problems. Will it affect my application wen I apply 4 ILR next year? We are currently living at seperate address' but have reconsciled nd see each other frequently nd intend to relocate to a different town to live together in 3 months time. She is nw on income support nd claiming housing benefit under her name only. Has this messed up my chances of getting ILR?

Her claiming as a single person is likely to cause a problem more than the 3 months apart.
