Tier1 Dependent receiving pay as CHEQUE

Post by vinaayakkurty » Wed Apr 27, 2011 3:15 pm

Can anyone help me please?

I am thinking of applying for Tier1 dependent.Docs i have are :

1.I am currently getting my pay as cheque which i deposit into my account at irregular dates? In the banks statements its shown as 'deposted as chq' .
Bank statements showing pay for 3 months and balance is greater than £3000.

2.Payslips

3.House agreement letter which i have to get from landlord.

4. Letter from my employer that i am working for him.

5.Marriage document.

Will my payslips be problem as they are deposited as cheques or i do not have any utility bill on my name ?

Please help me .

Documentary evidence(s) of the dependant's income aren't required.

Thanks for the response.

I am speaking about my pay which has been paid in cheques.
Can i send the statement which has reference as 'chq at LLoyds' ?

or do i need to provide any other supporting documents apart from the above.

Your opening post states "Tier 1 dependant is paid by cheques" and "you" are thinking of applying for Tier 1 dependant.

Who are you? The "Tier 1 (General) migrant" or "someone intending to apply for Tier 1 (dependant) leave"?
