BRP Card - Delivered to consultant or applicant?

Post by norealidpls » Thu May 05, 2011 5:52 pm

Can somebody tell me whether BRP card would be delivered to the consultant or to the applicant address. I just called my consultant whom I had applied and he is quite sure that he would receive it

I remember reading in this forum that BRP card is so secured that would be delivered to applicant and that too when a valid proof is shown.

Pl clarify who had faced similar situations

The immigration lawyer who submitted application on your behalf will recieve the biometric resident permit card.

Only the acknowledgement letter and invitation letter is sent out to both parties.

Your consultant should receive it. Yes, it is a secure mail and will come on the name of your consultant.

it depends on whether the consultant put his/her address or your address as the address for correspondence on the application form.
