Hi everyone,

I am indian born portuguese national, and currently residing in UK, and my wife is india and she also reside in UK, with blessing of god, we got a baby girl born recently in UK and as she has born in uk so she has got now british passport,i havent register her birth with indian high commision, now i want to apply for oci card for my baby, but i am not sure if she is eligible for this or not, and if yes then what sort of document i will be needed..? if any one could suggest abit on this then that would be very helpfull..

I think your baby will be eligible for oci as you were Indian national at some point.

Eligibility - See section 7A of the Indian Citizenship Act.
How to apply - High Commission of India website.
