Urgent query

Post by newentry » Thu Apr 20, 2006 10:17 pm

Hi,

Could you please clarify my query regarding ILR (WP 5+ yrs) rejection.

My ILR was rejected during initial screening stage(Not paid money). Home office asked more documentation.
Will this insident be recorded in any where?

Thanks.

Hi there ,

When did you apply for ILR ? Is it on the basis of old rules ( 4 years) or new rules (5 years).

Is it by post or personally ??

Thanks,
Andhra Guy

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I have applied after the new rule. Applied personally.

You mean in the first step(at reception) where they check all the documents(before going to cash payment stage)?

If it is Yes, then as per as I know they don't record it any where.

What documents have they asked you to produce more?

They asked for employer letter with less than one month old. My letter was 40 days old.

OK. I visited HO two times just before the change of rules from 4-5. From that experience what I understud is they don't keep a record of people if they don't proceed with application on that day.

Any way it won't be a problem for you if they keep track also.
