Can a Tier 1 Dependent study in the UK?

Hi all,

I have combed the UKBA website to find where it is written that there is no restriction as to whether the dependant of a tier 1 migrant can study. The closest i have come to is http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/while ... education/.

Can anyone very familiar with the website help me out here? My wife's just got her permit and we are considering her either working or schoolling, preferable the later.

Yes she can study. If she couldn't it would say so on her visa/residence permit.

At the moment I am in touch with the schools as to what can and cannot be done. I would give a feedback once i can confirm this.
