Hi i applied in January 2011 for a renewal of my DLR after i was issued it for 4 years. I am getting married in august 2011 and the home office are aware of this but i am yet to receive my documents back. i was wonderin how long this normally takes? i did it under the HDPL form as i have not had DLR for 6 years yet.
what should i do? i have called, sent lettes, faxed and now i have just wrote a letter to my MP. the church we are getting married in require my passport to confirm my status before marrying us. everything has been booked for the wedding. we have even paid for the honeymoon. what should i do?
