ILR for dependandts

Folks,
sorry if this seems a basic question but I havent been there before....

I am currently on Tier 1 Visa (from HSMP) and am expecting my own ILR next year.... my questio is about dependants....


If I get married backhome does my wife then become my dependant?
Can I get her a visa to come to the uk based on that?
What Visa would it be? Can she work based on the Visa?
When I get my ILR does she gets it automatically too?

1. If your wife will apply for entry clearance before you are granted ILR, she will need to apply as dependant of Tier 1 (General) migrant.
2. If your wife will apply for entry clearance after you are granted ILR, she will need to apply as spouse of settled person.
3. Under current rules, she may be eligible for settlement only after living in the UK with you for at least 2 years.
4. On either visa, she will be able to work in the UK (except as a doctor / dentist in training, if on PBS dependant visa).

Further to my query below, do dependants of Tier1 immigrants require, to pass or show any form of English language requirement (IELTS) when applying for entry clearnce?
