problem on enrolling biometric information

Hi, all
I have a problem with enrolling biometric information. Becouse when the staff in th post office scaned the barcode on the scaner, they can't get any information from it.
Can i get a new invitation letter from UKBA? because i just want to get it done asap. if anyone here have experiences on this or know what to do please give me some advise.
