i am tier 2 migrant. have a visa upto aug 2013 . but i am about to finish my 5 year in uk next month. my designation mention in tier2 gernal visa is network engineer and salary 23000 under code of practice. that visa i got in oct 2010. but now salry for code as nerwork engineer is 27000. but i am still getting 23000. as i need a letter from company but company will only mention the slary they are giving me at the moment which is 23000. it that current salary should be according to current soc code. or according the the soc code when i had my visa last visa? as i haveanother 2 year on my current visa?
