Work Permit Approved, What is needed for EC?

Hi there,

After so much of struggle my friend has finally got her work permit. She has to apply for entry clearance from Malaysia and she was once refused entry clearance for visitor visa as she didn't provide sufficient documents.
Will she have any problem because of this? What can she do to make her case more concrite and get the EC?

Please advice as she is applying for the EC next week.

P.S:She has been in the UK before and there is no deportation or removal order on her.

As I understand, once the WP is issued, getting the EC is a rather formal procedure.

Thanks for that. I was going thru the ukvisa stats and was shocked to see the percentage of people who were refused the EC for work permit in Malaysia.
