What is happening to OCI

Hi ,

2 weeks back i was told Printer is not functioning in Delhi .
I applied on the 7th of May .Still it is in NON-PRINTED state .

Any one got any good news recently .

I am confused as i am not sure it is PRINTER or MY PHOTO problem as for both , they will never let us know ....

Website says if > 2 weeks , resend photo .

Any idea guys
