My sister recently remarried, after losing her husband due to illness. She has 3 young girls, and her own house which is mortgage free. She is also on some benefits from the government. She does not work, as it is impossible because she is a single parent with 3 young children (all under 9).
She is a British national and lives in the UK.
She wants to apply for a spouse visa for her husband who is in pakistan. How does 3rd party support work? Can a family member show from his accounts that he is supporting her financially etc.
Has anyone applied for a 3rd party support visa or does anybody know of any1 who has applied this way? What are the prospects success etc
