proceessing time for company licence application...

Hi everybody

My company applied for licence on the 1st week of March , it is now more than 3 months. The visiting officer visited our company on the 3rd week of April. It is about 7 weeks gone after they have visited and no decision has yet been made. Our company provided 6 supporting documents and the HO never asked for any other docs and the visiting officers were also statisfied with the documents when they visited. The HR aspects were also fine.

I dont understnad why it is taking so long time. Is it normal??

Also in the addendum it says that the panel makes decision on licencing on the first week of every month. If thats the case, does that mean that our company will now have to wait for July panel meeting, since 1st week of June is gone? Or we may still get a decision any time in this month?
