Rejected USA student visa applicant for tier1 Dependant

Rejected USA student visa applicant for tier1 Dependant

Hi Guys,

My wife's USA student visa was rejected but there is no stamp of rejection or application filled in her passport. Passport is all clean. When asked about in the tier1 dependant form, are you refused visa any other country including UK, I wrote yes with single date, reason and reference no. But the actual fact was that she was rejected three times. (But no sign in her passport)

Does this gonna anything wrong with her application ?
