Cash Dividend payment

hello,

I have paid myself a cash dividend of GBP 2000 in my earnings duration which I am including for my earnings point.

This cash dividend is paid from my business account to myself and I am the sole director of my limited company.

My question is:
Is it fine from UK BA perspective for payment of dividends in cash?
supportive documents - my Business bank statement, accountant letter and dividend voucher.

Do i need to specifically include "cash Dividend" in my dividend voucher or accountant letter?

note: this query is for T1 G extension.
