New Government proposal about Tier 2

Hello,

Does anyone know if this changes only applies to new migrants or also applies to employees who are currently in the UK under different categories.

For instance I am under PSW visa and planning to switch to Tier2(sponsorship) within the next 2 years, would this change affect me as well.

If the proposals are implemented in the near future, then unfortunately the answer is yes.
