Schengen visa Application Help

Hello,
I am applying for the german student visa. I have some doubts regarding the schengen visa application form.

Item 18: I have a valid UK tier 1 visa but I am living im my home country. So what should be correct here?

Item 20: I am currently employed but will obviously have to resign...so what should be correct here?

Item 22 and 23: I think both these should be same since I am going to Germany to study.

Item 25: I think this should be max. allowed days under schengen i.e. 90 days and not my study period which will be 2 years

Item 28: I am not sure about this.

Item 31 or Item 32 or both? I am not sure which item is to be filled.
