Sponser letter for Visit visa for my Mother from Pakistan..

Hi everybody..

We are couple with child 2.5 year old. My wife is UK citizen and I am on spousal visa for 2 year.
My wife is pregnant and we would like to call her mother on visit visa. I work almost 25-30 hours /week and she works almost 16-20 hours/week.

Any body can send me format of sponser letter and exact documents required.
Moreover we would like to know can we both sponser or just my wife can sponser her mother ?
As my mother in law been in uk almost 4 year ago for visit visa.

My wife has bio metric digital passport do we need to send attested copies or just copy will be enough ?
Do we need GP letter for pregnancy confirmation ?

Do my wife need employer letter or just payslips are enough ?
