NEED HELP ABOUT TIME FRAME TO SEND IN ILR APPLICATION

On the 13 June i had a appointment at the Glasgow PEO ofice to submit my Application for ILR set M , to be told that i was missing one documenet so was not processed, they then told me to send my application via Post on Special Delivery, but i am worried about the time frame , as if i was to post it in i should have done this on the 11th June....my application will be sent now on the 18th June, which is within the 28 days but i am worried it will be refused because it wasn't sent on the 11th June...I have included a letter to explain this upon them receiving it, am just concerned about the difference of 1 week....any advice would be appreciated and thankyou

it expires on the 28th aug 2011, but i arrived into the UK on teh 9th July 2009...therefore, my date of sending in a postal application was the 11th June 2011.....basically, what i worried about is from the time i went for my PEO appointment on the 13th June 2011 and was not processed, i will be 1 week out from the 11th June postal date till they receive it...will this make a difference on my processing time

what are you trying to say here? its not really very clear,

If you came on 9th July 2009, then u qualify on 9th july 2011. You may apply 28 days before 9th july but its not mandatory to apply 28 days. You can apply on any day before your leave exprires in aug 2011.
