PEO with overseas income

Post by Joy.Please » Sun Jun 19, 2011 4:01 pm

Hi Everyone,

Need your opinion on my situation - please spare some time.

I am in Australia and have a Tier 1 for UK. I have never visited UK and intend to visit in August for Tier 1 extension. I will be showing Australian income.

1) Will the PEO accept my case - for extension with overseas income ? My documents will be - Australian bank account statement, Tax statement issued by Australian government (same period as income period), Salary receipts from my company.

2) Do you think extension process can go beyond 3 weeks if I apply by post ?

3) Will the super premium process team accept my case - with overseas income ?

Regards,
Joy

-->By rule they should accept

--> much beyond that -- be prepared for 14 weeks as you have been out of UK
3) Will the super premium process team accept my case - with overseas income ?
--> rare chance. even UK cases, if any complexity, they are treated postal.. browse the forum for more information

You can apply for same day service with overseas income but higher are the chances that decison will not be given on the day. Mostly they keep the application for further checks but not always. If you are lucky you can be given visa on the day.

If you use super premium service then i still think that procedure will be the same. But as for as i know no one in the forum has given feedback of using super premium service as it costs loads...

Super premium service!!!!

You must either be a sports person or an investment banker :)

Thanks tier1_applicant and rizwan. I am planning to travel a month before expiry and try PEO. If they agree, good, else I'll have to be back in oz.

Beecharmer, I am neither a sports person nor nor an investment banker. I am a person who needs investment.

Thanks guys for taking out time to address my query.
