Hi i would like to ask this forum that if someone is married to an eea national and living together 3 years after marriage. can family member start his studies in uk as a home student or he will considered as an international student.he got 5 years RC but he is non- eea national.

The main criteria to qualify for home fees is EU residence and not EU citizenship. You generally need to have been living in the UK and/or EU for three years before the start of the academic year.
