Tier 1 Extension - Fee to be paid?

Post by Bilal m » Thu Jun 23, 2011 9:59 am

Hi all,

I am confused as to what fee is payable for the Tier 1 General Extension. I got my HSMP in July 2008 for 3 years and is now due for renewal. The new form says £1,000 for main applic and £500 for depedant, is this correct???

My biometric info was taken initially but I did not receive a biometric residence permit as this came in later. Do i need to apply for this too and how can I do it with my extension?

Thanks !
Bilal

Yes those are the fees for postal applications.

You apply for the biometric residence permit as part of the tier 1 extension as the form explains.

Check this link - http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... eral/cost/#

If you have not received biometric residence permit then select that option on the form and submit the application, if they want to do biometric again they will let you know.
