PR Appointment Cancellation

Hi , One of my friends has booked an appointment to attend for ILR at Sheffied tomorrow ( 27 June 2011). Because of some un avoidable circumstances he is not able to attend the appointment. How can we cancel this ? Only option I can find on BA site is to call the number 0870 xxxx but they work only during week days. Any suggestions ?
