Hi everyone,

I have a very complex situation at hand and would really appreciate if you can give some advise about it.

As i can see many people have been rejected visa cz they performed d marriage within 2-3 days or week of coming to India. That is d contemplated scenario for me aswell. My would be husband is on general tier 1 but cz of lots of personal situations, we cannot afford to do a social marriage n he cannot come to india for more dan 7-10 days max. but i will hav enough photos of me n my would be husband, to prove dat we have been in a relation for a longg time.

1. Please guide what all can be done to prove dat its not a sham marriage?
2.would he need to accompany me for the interview?
3. is it always dat such cases are viewed as fake?
4. is it necessary to attach d marriage registration certificate at d time of visa application or i can mention about the contempalted marriage and submit the certificate at the time of interview?

besides that, i also need to study in d UK, n my course starts in spetember.

5.so is it better to go for student visa?
6.should i be disclosing dis fact during the dependant visa interview?
7. or if i go fr student visa, should i disclose dat i intend to settle there?
