As discussed, I need your help in understanding the options I have in switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General. Pl share your consulting fees and account details.
Hi,
I arrived in UK on 3rd October 2010 on Tier 2 ICT sponsored by a licensed A grade sponsor. With the new rule if i continue my stay in ICT this duration will not be considered for ILR.
My queries are as:
1. Could I switch being with the same employer in the same job or different role without having to leave the country?
2. If I go back to India and apply for a new restricted COS with same employer is there a cooling period like 3 months or 6 months before which I cannot apply?
3. Could I switch to a different employer altogther being in country?
