Can anyone help me on this please. Is one of my friend who is being refused from HO. Below is the part of refusal letter from HO.

The allegation that more than 20 hours were worked per week, what are the facts? I ask because outside of term-time there is no restriction on working hours.

So working more than 20 hours per week, was that done during term-time? Or only in the holidays?
