Is it necessary to transfer H1B visa to UK passport?

Hi ,

Please can any one give their opinion regarding this issue. If i have a H1B visa on my Indian passport and before going to US acquire a UK citizenship and there by UK passport, can i still go to the US with UK passport showing my (cancelled) indian passport with valid H1B visa. I understand that one can show their cancelled passport with new passport while entering US, but when nationality changes after H1B stamping is one allowed to US on previous cancelled passport along with valid new passport. This issue is similar to the one i found here http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=7884, but with a nationality change difference. I researched on the net a bit but could not find anything specific. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi,

I tried contacting lawyers from immigration sites like murthy but with no success. Please suggest any other way for my case.
