i need help in this please. iam non EEA family member of EEA national. i came to uk Jan 2008 with a family entrance visa to join my eea spouse. the visa was for 6mts. i applied for EEA2 June 2008 and the resident was given to me june 2009. to expired june 2014. by jan 2014 i will be 6yrs in uk. isnt necessary for me to apply for PR in 2013? befor nationalization?
and my 2nd questions if i'm separated with my wife can i just applied for nationalization without first appling for PR in 2014 and without my spouse document? no divorce yet but we had children. i am in employment since 2008. i need help to clearified this please .
