Hi, I have some questions about my switching of visa here in the UK from student to Civil Partnership (FLR-M). My partner is British and I'm from the far east, we just had our civil ceremony, we live together for a month now and my student visa will expire on August 13, 2011. Also, I have restriction on my visa to work for up to 20 hours but I work 2 shifts in a week totaling of 22.5/wk on term time, however, my contract only states 20. I finished my course last May and I have good attendance. My partner works full time but doesn't have enough savings.
My first question, would it be alright to include my NI number in my application? We are planning to include 3months worth of my payslips which obviously states the total time I've worked which, in my case more than 20 because I already finished the course and worked overtime. In addition, my previous application as a student was approved even without my NI number. I just showed them my bank statement for a month. I'm not sure if it is wise to include my NI and payslips or not. Secondly, what documents should we provide to ensure our success? I would be glad if somebody could post and help me. Your advice is highly appreciated. Thanks!
